30 days. No interrogation.

If it is not right, send it back unworn within 30 days for a refund. If it arrived damaged, we replace it — you keep the original.

Returns

  • Window: 30 days from delivery.
  • Condition: unworn, in the original box. (Natural-stone colour changes from wear are why worn pieces cannot resell — hence the limit.)
  • Refund: to your original payment method within 5 business days of the return arriving.
  • Return shipping: to China is at the buyer's cost; we keep prices honest instead of baking return freight into everyone's order. Damaged-goods cases below are different — we pay everything.

Damaged or wrong item

  1. Email our support address with your order number and one photo of the issue.
  2. We reply within 1 business day and ship a replacement free — you do not need to return the damaged one.
  3. If the item is out of stock, you choose: wait for the next batch or a full refund.

Size exchanges

If the size is wrong, measure per the guide and email us — an exchange restring costs a small labor fee plus shipping, far less than a second bracelet. We would rather you wear it.

Cancelling

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund any time before they ship (usually within 1–3 business days of ordering).
